Parsley Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 C. parsley, chopped
- 4 Tbs. salad oil
- 4-5 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and crushed garlic, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook 5 minutes, adding water if necessary. Chill and serve in lettuce cup.
