Party Cheese Ball
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. crumbled blue cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. minced onion
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- Parsley flakes
Place cheese in small mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend on low speed. Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom of bowl. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Shape into 1 large ball or into 30-36 1-inch balls. Roll in parsley and place on serving plate. To serve small balls, insert a pick in each and serve with crackers. Arrange crackers around large ball and serve as a spread.
