Ingredients
- one 2-lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 sm. carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the margarine and crackers. Put mixture in a 9X13-inch dish. Cover top with melted margarine and crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for one hour.
