Ingredients

  • one 16-oz. can refried beans
  • 2 C. sour cream
  • 8-oz. frozen guacamole, thawed
  • one 7-oz. can diced green chiles
  • one 7-oz. can chopped black olives, drained
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Spread refried beans over the bottom of a 10-inch pie plate. Top with layers of sour cream, guacamole, green chiles, black olives, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
