  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 1 pkg. Herb Pasta Seasoning Mix
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/3 C. crumbled cooked bacon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Put the pasta, chicken, and 1 cup cheese into a baking dish. Combine the water, seasoning mix, sour cream, and butter until well blended. Pour on top of the pasta and chicken. Stir to coat well and cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Stir the mixture and add the rest of the cheese and the bacon. Bake another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
