Pasta Paella

Ingredients
- 2 C. pasta shells
- 1/3 C. oil
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 sweet red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/4 lb. smoked sausage
- 1/4 lb. cooked, chopped chicken meat
- 3/4 C. shelled, cooked mussels
- 3/4 C. peeled, deveined shrimp
- salt
- pepper
- 4 unpeeled, cooked shrimp
Directions
Boil the pasta shells for 5 minutes, drain and refresh by pouring cold water over them. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet, heat the oil. Gently sauté the chopped onion, sliced peppers and sausage for 10 minutes. Place in an ovenproof dish with the chicken, mussels, shrimp and pasta shells and heat in the oven for 20 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with the unpeeled shrimp.
