This simple sauce is perfect over your favorite pasta.

4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. fresh herbs (chives, parsley, thyme, oregano, or basil)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

Chop a mixture of fresh, cleaned, and dried herbs.  In saute pan, melt butter.  Add olive oil and garlic.  Heat.  Add chopped herbs and toss with pasta.  Serve with Parmesan cheese.
