Pasta Seafood Salad

A delicious blend of crabmeat, green peas, onion and chopped pepper mixed with a lemon and dill sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Seashell Pasta
  • 2 C. Crab Meat or Favorite Seafood
  • 1 C. Frozen (thawed) Green Peas
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Pepper
  • 1/3 C. Chopped Onion
  • Dressing
  • 2/3 C. Fat Free Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 C. Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Dill

Directions

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cool water and drain again. Place pasta in large bowl. Add seafood and vegetables and toss to mix. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix well. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, and toss to mix well. Cover the salad, and chill for several hours before serving.

Yield: 6 Servings.
