  • 8 oz. cooked pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Heat olive oil over medium in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes until translucent and fragrant. Add the tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Once the sauce is warmed, add the cooked pasta and serve when it’s heated through.
