  • 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
  • parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

While you wait for pasta to cook, place the garlic, mushrooms, and basil on a medium greased skillet over medium heat. Allow for the ingredients to brown and then remove from heat. When Pasta is cooked place on a plate and mix with the mushroom mixture. Add the parsley and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the top.
