  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine vanilla, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir in sugar and flour until it reaches a cookie dough consistency. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into large flat circles and lay the cookies onto parchment or wax paper covered surface. Freeze for 3-4 hours and enjoy!
