PB&J Sushi Rolls

Get creative with presentation and this could be an adorable snack for anyone.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbs. jam, jelly or fruit preserves
  • 2 slices stone ground whole-wheat bread

Directions

Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin or large soup can, completely flatten bread. Spread 1 Tbs. peanut butter and 1 Tbs. fruit spread on each slice of bread. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 4 pieces.

Yield: 1 serving (8 pieces)
