Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans peaches, drained
- 1 1/2 C. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 1/2 C. butter, softened, not melted
Directions
Drain peaches. Place in a large, buttered baking dish. Mix flour, milk, and sugar all together and pour on top. Place butter in pieces on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
