Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. pkg. peach gelatin
- 1 1/4 C. Boiling water
- 1 pt. peach ice cream
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled, diced
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled
Directions
Disolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Add ice cream and stir until melted. Chill until mixture has thickened but not set, 15 to 20 minutes. Fold in peaches and extract. Spoon into pie shell. Chill until firm.
