Peach Hard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 C. butter
- 1/4 C. peach pulp
- 1 C. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Add peach pulp, salt and extract. Mix thoroughly and chill before serving. You can substitute apricots or prunes for the peach if you'd like.
