Peach Jelly Preserves

- 12 peaches
- 4 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 T. dry pectin
Add one cup chopped peaches to a blender and pulse for 20 seconds. Pour blended peaches into a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue by adding remainder of sliced peaches into the pot and stirring occasionally until it boils. Cool for 20 minutes.
Add in sugar and pectin, boil for 1 more minute. Transfer peaches to sterilized canning jars.
To process the jars put in a large pot and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove jars from hot water and make sure the lids pop down. Put processed jars on counter to cool before serving.
