Peach Pecan Cornbread Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. water
- 1 C. chicken or turkey broth
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1/2 C. cut-up dried peaches
- 1/4 C. chopped pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, bring water and broth to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing into sprayed casserole; cover. Bake at 375 degreesĀ for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
