Peach Pecan Cornbread Dressing

This is a new twist on Thanksgivings dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. water
  • 1 C. chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 C. chopped celery
  • 1/2 C. cut-up dried peaches
  • 1/4 C. chopped pecans

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, bring water and broth to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing into sprayed casserole; cover. Bake at 375 degreesĀ for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
