Peach Smoothie

Made with nonfat yogurt and a banana, this drinks makes a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz.) nonfat yogurt
  • 1 C. skim milk
  • 10 ice cubes

Directions

Whirl all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes 4 (10-oz.) servings.
