Peanut Butter and Gingersnap Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 C. chunky peanut butter
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1/4 C. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
- 12 gingersnaps
Directions
Put peanut butter, milk, and honey in a small skillet and warm over low heat. Stir until smooth and add a little cinnamon. Scoop ice cream into dishes, top with peanut butter sauce,and place gingersnaps all around the bowls so they're sticking up out of the ice cream.
