Peanut butter and jelly cupcakes are an easy way to celebrate a birthday or to end any dinner. It will bring the kid out of everyone and bring back great childhood memories.   • 1 box vanilla cake mix (plus any ingredients requested on package)
  • 1 cup strawberry jelly
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan.

Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and scoop evenly into the muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely.

Remove muffins once cool. Slice them in half and spread some jelly on the half. Top with the other half. Set aside.

In separate bowl, beat butter and peanut butter on high.  Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Spread frosting over the tops of the cupcakes. Refrigerate approximately one hour. Garnish with peanuts or fresh strawberries, as desired.
