Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 C. quick oats (can use regular too, it just affects texture and taste a bit)
- 1 C. powdered milk
- 1 C. peanut butter
- 1/2 C. honey
Mix oats and powdered milk together first. Add peanut butter and honey. Will almost form a "ball". Seperate and roll into balls (what ever size you want). I usually get 2.5 dozen or more (depending on who is rolling). If "dough" seems sticky add a little more oats. Also very good if "rolled" in mini chocolate chips.
