  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and margarine, mixing until smooth. Add the brown sugar and beat until blended. Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract, stirring continuously. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix. Pour the batter into the baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes and let cool for 15 minutes. Cut into 1.5-inch squares and let cool completely by removing from pan.
