Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. peanut butter
- 1 1/4 C. milk
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 lg. eggs
- chocolate fudge frosting
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of one 13 X 9-inch pan with shortening; lightly flour.
In large bowl, beat all ingredients except frosting with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan(s).
Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for about 1 hour. Frost with butter cream frosting.
