  • Crust:
  • 12 ounces chocolate wafer cookies, finely crumbled
  • 8 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Filling:
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a medium baking pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, add the butter and cookies and mix until well blended. Press the mix into the baking pan evenly. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and peanut butter. Mix in the salt and vanilla. Pour the mix into the crust evenly and bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving and cut into 14-16 squares.
