Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

- 1/2 C. salted butter, melted
- 1 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 3/4 C. + 2 Tbs. creamy peanut butter
- 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. In a large bowl mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Stir in ¾ cup of peanut butter and set the mixture aside. In a separate bowl microwave the extra 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and the chocolate chips until melted. Stir until the mixture is smooth and spread into the baking dish. Layer the graham cracker mixture on top and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving in bars.
