Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 lb. crunchy peanut nutter
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 3 C. Rice Krispies, crushed
- 1 lb. baking chocolate (sometimes called Almond Bark)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, peanut butter and margarine. Add Rice Krispies to mixture. Roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place on a cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator overnight. In double broiler, melt chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to set.
