  • ½ cup of chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup of whole grain oats
  • ½ cup of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Pour all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until everything is well-combined. Then, cover the bowl with foil or plastic wrap and let cool in the fridge for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture is solid.

Once the mixture is chilled, use your hands to roll into balls that are at least 1-inch thick.

Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container for up to a week!
