Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 C. confectioner's sugar
- 5-6 tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter (or margarine) until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar, alternately with milk until frosting is a good spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla extract. This makes enough frosting to frost one 13x9x2-inch cake.
