Peanut Butter Frosting
Serving Size / Yield
- ½ C. butter, softened
- 1 C. creamy peanut butter
- 4 C. confectioners' sugar
- ½ C. milk or cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cream together butter and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
Gradually mix in confectioners' sugar and milk/cream to the mixture, blending until smooth.
Add vanilla extract. Beat for two minutes or until fluffy.
Spread on to cake or cupcakes. Can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
