Peanut Butter Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C. peanut butter
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 C. + 2 Tbs. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
Directions
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and butter and set aside. Whip 1/2 C. heavy cream to stiff peak stage then fold into peanut butter mixture. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Spoon into pie shell. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with the other 1/2 C. heavy cream and chocolate chips.
