Peanut Butter Noodles
Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C. warm water
- 1 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 C. minced scallions
Directions
Cook pasta per package directions. Combine rest of ingredients except scallions, and whisk until smooth. Drain pasta, and toss with sauce. Sprinkle with scallions. Serve warm.
