Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of soft cream cheese
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 C. frozen peanut butter cups, chopped finely
  • 2 dark chocolate bars

Beat cream cheese with sugar until light. Add sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip and peanut butter cups. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Meanwhile, chop up chocolate bars. Place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds and stir until melted. Drizzle on top of cheesecake and serve.
