This is a great dessert everyone will adore. They won't last long.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 C. seedless raisins
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. coconut, flaked or shredded

Directions

Mix peanut butter and honey. Add raisins and vanilla. Spread coconut on wax paper or cookie sheet. Drop mixture on coconut, in tsp.fuls. Roll to coat. Chill.
