  • 1/2 C. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 C. white sugar
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. peanut butter
  • 1/2 C. maple
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 C. almonds

Boil syrup, sugar and water in large saucepan over medium heat. Add salt, peanut butter and maple until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour almonds in baking dish and spread out evenly. Pour mixture over. Let it cool for at least 5 hours before breaking into pieces.
