  • 1 c. of sugar
  • 0.2 c. of water
  • 0.2 c. of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 5 ripe pears, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 0.5 c. of walnuts, chopped

Using electric mixer, beat brown sugar, oil, eggs, sugar, water and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beend in butter and flour to the mixture. Stir in pear and walnuts evenly and mix well. Place the cake mixture to a greased crockpot and cook for 3 hours on high. Serve.
