Pear Banana Berry Bake
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can pear halves, drained
- 1 C. fresh cranberries
- 4 C. sliced banana
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- 1/4 C. white sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C. rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 3 Tbs. butter, softened
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, mix pears, cranberries, bananas, orange juice, sugar, salt and 1/8 tsp. cloves. Mix lightly. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, remaining 1/8 tsp. cloves and orange rind. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Serve at room temperature
