This fancy tartlet is surprisingly easy to prepare and the pear tastes incredible with the Brie and nuts. The dough is light so you can indulge in a few squares without filling up.

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dough sheet
  • 1 chopped pear
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll the dough into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle and then cut into 24 squares. Cut the Brie cheese into 24 chunks. Mix the pear, brown sugar, and honey in a bowl. Arrange the squares of dough on baking sheets and put 1 chunk of cheese in the center of each square. Top with a generous teaspoon of the pear mixture. Then sprinkle the walnuts over the squares. Bake for 15 minutes.
