This decadent, fruity mousse combines pears with lemon Jello-O and cream cheese! It's a great side or dessert!

Ingredients

  • one 29-oz. can pears
  • one 6-oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • one 8-oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions

Drain pears, reserving juice. Heat juice to boiling and add Jell-O. Cool. Place pears and cream cheese in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a large bowl and fold in a cooled Jell-O mixture and Cool Whip until smooth. Place in serving dish and refrigerate. Garnish with fresh fruit of any kind.
