Peas with Basil and Tomato
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 C. plus 3 Tbs. Canned tomatoes in juice, chopped
- 2 C. frozen green peas
- 2 3/4 Tbs. Basil, finely shredded
Directions
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and tomatoes and cook 1 minute. Add peas and basil. Cook 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Serve hot.
