Pebbles Cookie Crispies

This is always a favorite dessert in my home. If you child loves fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles then make this for them. This is a great birthday party treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil  
  • 1/4 C. water  
  • 1 large egg  
  • 3 C. post fruity or cocoa pebbles cereal

Directions

Mix cake mix, oil, water, and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended. Drop by Tbs. of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or just until cookies begin to brown. Cool on wire racks.
