Pecan and White Chocolate Stuffed Apples with Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 large red apples.
- 2 1/2 C white chocolate chips
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar
Core the apples.
In a mixing bowl add semi melted white chocolate and pecans.
Stuff the hole in the apple almost full with your white chocolate and pecan mix.
Set each stuffed apple on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until the apples appear toasted and crisp.
Let cool and spinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
