Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- 2 C. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. butter
- 5 C. pecans
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Cream together sugar, butter, eggs. Add lemon and vanilla. Add flour, mix well. Take pecans and chop in blender a cup at a time. Mix into batter, pour into greased (sprayed) tube pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
