Pecan Crusted Salmon

The buttery-rich taste of pecans gives tender salmon filets the perfect nutty crunch. A fast and fancy way to enjoy seafood.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets, thawed
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C. finely chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pat dry salmon fillets; dredge in flour, dip in egg and cover with pecans. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
