Pecan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets, thawed
- 1/2 C. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 C. finely chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pat dry salmon fillets; dredge in flour, dip in egg and cover with pecans. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
