This is different. It tastes like you're eating pecan pie out of a jar.

Ingredients

  • 4 C. pecans, finely chopped
  • 4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 3 Tbs. ground ginger
  • 4 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 C. butter
  • 3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. cinnamon
  • 2 C. apple juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle. Cook on medium heat until it turns into a rich golden color (approx. 30 minutes). Hot pack in 7 8-oz. jars. Process in water bath for 15 minutes.
