Ingredients
- pie crust
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 C. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 lg. eggs
- 1 C. pecan halves or broken pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium bowl, beat sugar butter, corn syrup, salt and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or cold.
