  • 1 pound green beans
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • 2 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Put the pecans in a food processor and process until most but not all of it is crumbled. Combine the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pepper flakes, garlic, and green beans in a large bowl. Add the processed pecans. Mix together all of the ingredients. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spread the green beans on the sheet. Roast the green beans for 20 minutes.
