Ingredients
- 1 box penne pasta
- 2/3 C. packed coarsely chopped Basil leaves
- 1/3 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C. Olive oil
- 2 T. Pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp. of Salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Garlic clove

Directions
Using a large pot, heat water until it begins to boil. Add penne pasta noodles and cook 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. For pesto sauce, place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend in high speed until uniform consistency is reached. Combine noodles and sauce then serve!
