  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 C. fresh cherry tomatoes
  • ΒΌ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 T. dried parsley
  • 1 C. basil, chopped

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes and then drain. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and saute garlic, tomatoes and parsley for about 1 minute. Stir into cooked pasta and drizzle in olive oil and chopped basil.
