Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 roasted red peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 5 ounces tortellini
- 1-2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions
Prepare the soups according to the can in a large pot. Add the seasonings, roasted pepper and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the sour cream. Beat to mix well and then add the tortellini. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until tortellini is cooked.
