  • 5½ cups mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and all other ingredients, except the bacon and remainder of the cheese, mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon the mix into a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese and bacon on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
